Accounts and orders

Accounts store your name, email address and a securely derived password hash. Saved addresses, carts and order records are stored privately so these features work across visits.

Contact enquiries and transactional emails are saved in a private delivery queue. Email delivery requires a configured service. Payment details are entered only on a hosted provider page; ELKSIR does not collect card numbers here. Live payments are disabled.

Researcher verification

Research profiles store the organization, affiliation, laboratory purpose, institutional contact reference and any supporting PDF you submit. The authenticated account owner and authorized staff can retrieve the submitted evidence. Review decisions and audit records are stored privately.

Do not submit personal identity documents, patient information or confidential research results. Contact ELKSIR with access, correction or removal requests.

Cookie choices

Essential cookies support your signed-in session, form protection and cart. Optional analytics load only with your consent and configured tracking IDs. Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to change your choice.

Email updates

Newsletter registration requires explicit consent and confirmation through an email link. You can unsubscribe using the link included with email updates. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you.
