Shipping
Submit an invoice request with your shipping address. ELKSIR confirms destination eligibility, dispatch arrangements, shipping charges and applicable taxes before payment. A request does not reserve stock or promise a dispatch date.
Returns and cancellations
For an invoice request, existing order or product enquiry, contact ELKSIR with the order reference before returning material. Product-specific delivery and return terms must be confirmed separately.
